MODULE 3 (M3) – NAVAKARAṆA VINYĀSA HṚDAYAM

If you are an M1 & M2 Graduate, you are eligible to register to M3 & M4 trainings.

(Equivalent to, EUR 1940)
dates
An immersion of 13 days. You will need to find your own accommodation.
Arrival Day: we recommend arriving the night before to Barcelona, if you can, so that you start the training fresh and on time.
Note: Lunch is served at 13:00 and at 13:30 then the kitchen will be closed.
Training Dates: 30 January – 11 February, 2025 (9:00 to 19:00 everyday)
(Note: February 5th will be the rest day, where you are free, but Dario will be offering a 3 hour Philosophy Lecture that day as well)
Departure Day: we recommend that if you have to take flights or trains etc. that they do not affect your hours of the training. We will request that you attend all hours of the training to graduate, including on the final day.

This Teacher Training Course will be hosted at “MA•NA YOGA LOFT” Sant Just Desvern, in Barcelona, Spain. The first Academy of Navakarana in Europe.

Series curriculum
The Series of Module 3 are: / Los Series de Modulo 3 son:
– aśva sāraṇī (the horse series)
– pārśvakoṇa sāraṇī (side-angle series)
– śvāna sāraṇī (the “female” dog series)
LANGUAGE
The training will be given by the Grand Master – Dario Calvaruso, in English. If you need a translator, you must advise us before the registration. Alessandra Oram will be assisting.
